Building inflation rises to 5.1% in September while cement inflation falls 6.1%
The Prime Building Cost Index rose 5.1% year-on-year in September 2026, up from 4.6% in August, according to the Ghana Statistical Service, driven by plant costs; cement inflation stood at -6.1%.
