ICC London rules in Ghana's favor over Tullow's $400m tax dispute

Tullow Oil had taken the issue to a London tribunal, arguing a charge by the Ghana Revenue Authority breached Ghana's Petroleum Agreement, but the ICC ruled in Ghana's favor.
